    The Friend, 30 Jun 2011. "The former Quaker Meeting house in the Cumbrian town of Wigton has been sold to a local charity. The sale was announced recently by North Cumbria Area Meeting trustees. The trustees said that the money from the sale will be placed in an endowment fund. This may be used only to purchase, or help to purchase, a new property in Wigton for use as a Quaker Meeting house. The new owners of the building are Chrysalis Cumbria...."
