DH1 13 - ERII lampbox, Durham

ERII lamp box number DH1 13, on the A181, on Front Street, opposite Dragonville Industrial Estate, Durham. Postcode area is DH1 2ED. See next photo in my stream, and the note on this one. I think DH1 13 was previously the disused ERII wallbox, about 40 metres south-west, on the Cuthbert Avenue junction. If so, the http://edwardbetts.com/postboxes/DH1.html" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Post Office's list hasn't been updated, because this lamp box is definitely not on Cuthbert Avenue. I've geotagged both boxes as accurately as I can. As I've said on the previous picture, this new location appears a lot safer for the postman. It has a parking bay (I stood there for the shot). -
