    "1865-66. Architect John Johnston. 2 storey ashlar building, exuberant in French style. 3+5+3 bays. Centre part has central bay projecting slightly under pediment set into parapet. 2 round arches on ground floor. Upper moor has round headed window rising into open pediment and flanked by pilasters consisting of round arches supported on columns...."
