Description
"Public baths. Circa 1908 by E.F.W. Liddle and P.L. Brown for the Borough of Wallsend. Sandstone ashlar and brick with ashlar dressings; roof not visible. Restrained Baroque style. Office block at left 2 storeys, 3 bays. Bath hall at right 1 tall storey, one wide bay. Left part: rusticated ground floor. Round-arched entrances for MEN and WOMEN flank Diocletian window in projecting centre bay...." -
