The Lumen building, on the Newcastle Helix site, aims to provide space for established and start-up science and tech companies, with hopes that they will collaborate to drive both innovation and economic growth. The building - which has more than 100,000 sq ft of office space - was due to be launched in March, but the planned opening ceremony was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic...."
