    "Taken about lunchtime on a dull day with Box Brownie camera on rail tour from Newcastle, Carlisle, Workington, Penrith, Darlington via Sedbergh and back to Newcastle, sampling the new DMU's for the first 3 legs of the tour. Patriot was bulilt by the London Midland & Scottish Railway at Crewe, the first of her class of 52, in 1930 and withdrawn 11/03/1961." Photo by Chris Morgan, 1958.
