"Parish Church. First built in 1642 by a Londoner born in the village, the Church was rebuilt in 1795 and the west tower added in 1833. Wet-dashed rubble on plinth. Graduated slate roof. West tower, 5 bay aisless church. 3-stage tower has double door in semicircular-headed surround on west face...." -
