My first flight of the newly acquired DJI Spark. It's fairly obvious these 'cinematic' drones aren't my forte, but hey, I'll keep trying. I bought it as a 'pauper's buy,' portable camera drone.... something I could keep at hand, whenever I was out on one of my many wanders. Sometimes, my bigger craft just aren't practical for spur of the moment filming of where I've been. they take a lot more planning, packing and carrying. I'll save the big stuff for when I, hopefully, get better at this. I looked at the new DJI mini-mavic but I'm sure I'll never be good enough to knoiw the difference EXCEPT price. Mini mavic fly more - £460 I got this, DJI Spark fly more, with the intelligent portable charging station, 3 x batteries, bespoke carrying case to hold all incl. charge station, extra props, floats, extended legs etc for £250. It had only had 1 1/2 hours of use and must have cost the previous person about £800 !!!!!! It's as brand new !!!!! -
