Longburgh Farmhouse and The Dovecote
-
Description
"A late 17th century farmhouse (closer view here http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5550528 ) with an attached 18th century barn which has been converted to a house. The buildings are Grade II listed. The location and description given by Historic England https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1087456 match the buildings shown above, but the name is recorded as 'Longburgh Farm'. Today that name belongs to another property just along the road (which is itself listed as 'Longburgh Farmhouse' https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1087457 ). Somewhat confusing." Photo by Rose and Trev Clough, 2016. -
