"House. c.1810 for Mr. Grieve Smith. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Classical style. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Incised plinth,angle pilaster strips. 3 moulded steps up to prostyle tetrastyle Roman Doric porch with blocking course. 2-leaf, half-glazed door in architrave. Centre bay breaks forward slightly. 12-pane sash windows with projecting sills....."
