    "Stable block. C18. Coursed and dressed stone with slate roof. Buildings round 3 sides of a quadrangle closed on 4th side by garden wall (q.v.). Entrance front has projecting centre bay with open pediment and a stone ridge chimney stack with overhanging cornice, square casement left and right, the right one trompe l'oeil, then high round entrance arch left and lower blocked arch right....."
