Windblown trees at Sweethope Lough

  • Description

"Clear-felling at Sweethope Lough in recent years spared a fringe of Scots pine along the south of the lakeside. Many have since been uprooted or snapped by the ferocious gusts common in these parts. There has been extensive replanting, both coniferous and deciduous, in recent years."
