    "Cottage. 1803 dated over door. Brick in English Garden Wall bond. Welsh slate roof. 2-storey, 3 bay cottage with attached cartshed which has now (mid C20) been incorporated into house. Original cottage, to left, has central half-glazed door in stone surround with scalloped decoration in the lintel and date and intials W D 1803...."
