Gibside

  • Description

"Gibside is a National Trust property close to Rowlands Gill in Gateshead; the Bowes-Lyon family were owners but it came into the possession of the Trust in 1965. The main house is a shell, (though grade II listed), but some buildings on the estate remain intact including the stables." Photo by Trevor Littlewood, 2009.
