Remains of Railway Bridge, Catcleugh

There are the remains of a bridge over the River Rede a short distance east of Catcleugh Resevoir. These are the remnants of bridge bases for a 3' gauge railway which ran from Woodburn to Catcleugh from 1895 to transport materials for the construction of the reservoir.[1]
