Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Primary School is located on Durham Road in Esh Winning. It was a voluntary aided school up to November 2020, when it converted to an academy with the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust. The school has about 70 pupils aged 4 to 11.
