Old Milestone by the A6079, north of the village of Wall and south of Chollerford. Erected by the Alnmouth and Hexham Turnpike Trust in the 18th century. Indication 5 miles from Heham and 26 miles from Rothbury.Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
