Muncaster


Muncaster is a hamlet in Cumbria, located about ¼mile from the coast, about 14 miles south-east of Whitehaven and 11 miles north-west of Millom. It centres on Muncaster Castle and the adjoining St Michael's Church, with few distributed houses. The wider area, including Ravensglass, forms Muncaser Civil Parish and falls within the Cumberland Council area.
