Horsemarket, Darlington

Horsemarket (Horse Market on some maps) is a street in the centre of Darlington, running west from Feethams (street) to West Row. The Old Town Hall & Covered Market and outdoor market are off this street. The Market Cross is located on Horsemarket by the junction with West Row. In 2007, Horsemarket was pedestrianised as part of a major scheme to improve the town centre.
