Healeyfield


Healeyfield is a farm / hamlet in County Durham, located near Castleside and about 3 miles south-west of Consett. To the south of the farm is Healeyfield Bridge over the Waskerley Way, originally built in 1832. Historically, Healeyfield and the surrounding area were a township in the ancient parish of Lanchester. Today, the hamlet gives its name to and forms part of Healeyfield Civil Parish.
