Eals Bridge over the River South Tyne

Eals Bridge carries the road over the River South Tyne south of Eals in Northumberland. The stone bridge dates from 1733 has two segmental arches. It required repairs after being badly damaged by a major flood in 1829.[1] The bridge was widened 1973.[2] It is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
