Chattlehope

Chattlehope Farm is located to the south of Catcleugh Reservoir, about 40 miles north-west of Newcastle. The house here was rebuilt in 1901 reusing some of the features of a house of 1704, which was lost in the creation of the reservoir. Chattlehope Burn and Earl Sike both discharge into the resevoir near here.
