Catton at War


These photos of servicemen and women during the Second World War have been colected by Allen Valleys Local History Group.

There was a Prisoner of War (PoW) camp at Catton during the Second World War. It was a satelite of PoW Camp 18 (Featherstone Park). The huts were located behind Catton Methodist Chapel.
