Bouse Team, Mohope Head Lead Mine

Once the raw materials (called 'bouse') were extracted from the lead mine they were stored in stone built storage hoppers (called the 'bouse team'), before being taken to the 'dressing floor' (the area where sorting took place). The early 19th century Bouse Team at Mohope Head Lead Mine is Grade II listed.
