West Walker Primary School is located on Church Street in Walker, Newcastle. The school has about 200 pupils aged 2 to 11. The school converted to an academy in April 2017, with the NEAT Academy Trust. Tyne & Wear Archives hold documents for the predecessor school, West Walker Board School, for 1901 - 1946.
