West Learmouth Cottages

This row of cottages in West Learmouth was built in the late 18th or early 19th century as homes for farm labourers. It was originally built as 13 cottages, now rearranged to make 9. The first cottage was the steward's cottage. The terrace of cottages is Grade II listed on the basis that it is an unusually complete and relatively early group of farm labourers' cottages.[1]
