Tyne Anew

'Tyne Anew' is a sculture by Mark di Suvero which is located at the entrance to the Royal Quays Marina (Albert Edward Dock) in North Shields. The 21m orange tripod supports a top piece which pivots in the wind. The piece was made at the artist's studio in New York before being dismantled and transported for shot blasting and installation here in 1999.
