Pub Blown Up

  • Description

"The Ancient Mariner on Church Street blew up in the early hours of 17 March 2003. A fire followed the gas explosion and the pub was gone. The church immediately behind and above is St Michaels, gutted by fire in 1994, but now restored. An unfortunate site!" Photo by Bob Jenkins, 2006.
