    Public Domain Photo c.October 1912. "English: One of the original Leeds trolleybuses. The photo was published in a newspaper in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, as the illustration for an article headed "Railless Traction - The "Trolley Bus". The caption to the photo reads: "One of the Railless electric cars in use at Leeds." Nearly 40 years later, on 21 December 1950, Launceston became the last Australian city to set up a permanent trolleybus system. By then, the Leeds trolleybus system had been closed for more than 20 years."
