    "The Northern Spire Bridge is the first bridge crossing the River Wear to be built in Sunderland in over 40 years. At the time of submission of this photograph, the bridge will soon be opened. It is a cable-stayed structure which includes a curved steel pylon approximately 105 metres in height, making it the tallest structure in Sunderland." Photo by G Laird, 2018.
