    "Early-mid C18. Red brick diapered with buff headers. Stone cill bands on first and second floors. Roof renewed in modern concrete tiles above a moulded wood eaves cornice. Three storeys, three windows. Modern small paned casements under flat gauged brick arches with keystones. Ground floor modern window and door, C19 doorcase. At right a yard entrance under flattened elliptical arch with keystone dated 1762. This date probably refers to the arch itself, as the house is almost certainly older...."
