Marsden Grotto under refurbishment

  • Description

"Under new management since August 2015, the Marsden Grotto pub and cafe is currently closed for refurbishment. The reference to "private beach" is very misleading, as the term "private" only refers to a small portion of the beach immediately in front of the Grotto and above the high water mark. The rest of the beach is owned by the National Trust." Photo by Oliver Dixon, 2016.
