Ilderton

  • Description

"...The station is largely intact with extensions on the platform added during conversion to a restaurant in 1993. The railway cottages survive but all the buildings in the goods yard have gone. A short section of track in the goods yard is on the line of the siding serving the goods shed but isn't original. One station lamp remains. The central and north end of the trackbed through the station has been infilled up to platform level....."
