    "Nos. 29 and 31 (Darlington Building Society). G.V. II Including No. 65 Albert Road. Shop and hotel, 1912/13 by Moore and Archibald Ltd (Middlesbrough), for Freeman Hardy and Willis Ltd. Altered c.1980 when mansard roof, transverse stacks, dormers and part of parapet, were removed. Now used as offices. Brick faced in buff terracotta. Renewed flat roof. Baroque style. 3 storeys and attic, 3 bays and chamfered right corner bay....."
