    Evening Gazatte, 3rd February, 2005. "A former Middlesbrough Church is to be converted into apartments. Middlesbrough Council's planning committee has granted consent for the 100-year-old Park Methodist Church in Linthorpe Road to be converted and extended to form 22 apartments. The former church is a Grade II listed building. It closed in 1994 and was reopened as The Temple pub in 1997....."
