Description
"Bridge, dated 1812 on maker's plate, by I. & T. Cookson of Newcastle. Cast iron; abutments squared stone. 3 round arches, with rings in open spandrels and quatrefoil-plan piers rising from stone footings. Main girder above has Percy lion at centre and ends, and crowned crescents above piers....."
