This year’s Sunderland International Air Show saw Fleet Amphibious Flagship HMS BULWARK making her imposing presence felt just offshore by providing a spectacular amphibious demonstration on Seaburn Beach. Early on Saturday morning, HMS BULWARK left Sunderland and took station a mile off Seaburn Beach. Thousands of spectators witnessed a display of the ship’s amphibious capabilities as landing craft delivered Royal Marines and Viking craft.
