Description"The left hand building is the former brewery which in the 1920s supplied a chain of 10 public houses in the Tyne valley. The Grade II listed building http://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?resourceID=5&uid=1303776 was converted into two houses in 1993 by the Hexham architect, Michael Drage, who retained many of the original features including external openings and stone floors."
