    "Victorian postoxes are now something of a rarity. This one is set into the wall of the old village scbool founded in 1855 by the local minister, Rev Alexander Forsyth. The reverend gentleman allowed the installation of the post box "on sufferance only"." Photo by Oliver Dixon, 2009.
