    "The statue of Charles Mark Palmer (Baronet) with it's back to the Viking Centre in Jarrow This statue has done the rounds over the years It started off in Clayton Street (with its back to the Palmer Memorial Hospital) Then it was moved to Tyne Street overlooking the Tyne (with its back to Jarrow) And now it's been moved to the Town Centre on Grange Road overlooking the Town Hall (with its back to the Viking Centre) The Councillors want to make their minds up?
