Lindisfarne

  • Description

The Holy Island of Lindisfarne and the remains of the supports for a pier that once served the castle. I had to wade out to take this picture and I remember cutting my feet on the sharp rocks! Taken with the trusty Canon D60 in 2003. I'd only just bought the camera and I dropped later the same day. It only dropped from a few inches and fell on the lens cover, breaking the shutter mechanism.
