Church of St Ebba (Beadnell)
-
Description
"The Church of St Ebba was built about 1740 and enlarged in 1797. Around 1860 it was altered in the Gothic style. Inside the church is a screen in the Arts and Crafts style. http://www.keystothepast.info/durhamcc/K2P.nsf/K2PDetail?readform&PRN=N5817 Interesting position as far as maps are concerned. Look at 1:50000 and 1:25000. In the latter it looks as if it's in NU2229." Photo by Les Hull, 2010. -
