Weldon Bridge, Weldon

  • Description

"A good Georgian bridge consisting of three segmental arches. "Designed very much with flood conditions in mind, as newly built bridges here had been swept away in 1744 and 1752." Grade I listed. It carries a minor road over the River Coquet." Photo by Stephen Richards, 2012.
