    "Bridge. 1829-31. By Thomas Telford. Ashlar. Three broad segmental arches with rusticated voussoirs and broad splays at the springing which die away to nothing at the crown. Triangular cutwaters topped by tapering panelled pilasters. Moulded base to parapet and moulded coping. 4 cast-iron lamp standards, with decorative scrolled ironwork, above the pilasters...."
