Matfen Hall
-
Description
"The hall is a Grade II* listed building 1828-30 by Rickman, completed by Sir Edward Blackett for himself, on the site of an earlier C17th house. It was used for a while as a Cheshire Home, and converted in 1999 into a country house hotel, with golf course, spa, leisure centre and restaurants."
