Wester Hall, Haughton
-
Description
"Keys to the Past Web Site: Wester Hall was first built in 1732 for William Smith in an unusual L-shape. It was later altered to form a large villa as a rectangular block, with a separate section for servant's accommodation, in the 19th century. It is a typical villa of the Post Medieval period; it is arranged symmetrically around a central doorway, with many windows, in squared stone and Welsh slate."
