    "evsner says "A complex building. The east end is chiefly a neo-Grecian remodelling, by Dobson in 1823-5, of a mediaeval building. The main structure was built in 1655 by Robert Trollope, but was given a classical north front in 1794-6 by Stephenson and Newton, and a classical south front in 1809 by John and William Stokoe". The building is Grade I listed" Photo by Mike Quinn, 2015, and licensed for reuse under a Creative Commons Licence.
