"School, now offices. Dated 1850 for Marchioness of Londonderry on panel over door. Coursed squared gritty sandstone with quoins and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. T plan. One storey, 6 bays with rear wing. Gabled porch in fourth bay has boarded door in chamfered Tudor- arched surround under inscribed stone recessed in moulded panel...."
