Emerson Chambers

  • Description

The ornate Emerson Chambers was designed by the architect Benjamin Simpson, constructed in 1903 and is currently occupied by Waterstones, the book store. The exterior and interior are adorned with subtle art nouveau detailing, making this one of my favourite buildings in Newcastle.
