Tynemouth Station_the restoration

  • Description

Tynemouth Station 16 minutes 2012) A film produced to chart the restoration of Tynemouth Station from April 2011 to July 2012. The film captures key aspects of the restoration process and interweaves personal accounts from a wide range of contributors. Fully restored, Tynemouth Station is still an important Metro station and a building of a major significance, but it is also now an important cultural venue with communities across North Tyneside and beyond.
